30-day money-back guarantee

Zahed designs, trading as Nefru, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Nefru subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
• Contact our support team from within the Service, and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Discretionary refunds outside the 30-day window may still be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable consumer law.

Paddle as Merchant of Record
